It is fun to learn to use the size of your hand as your guide when eating your meals. It is also quite easy to put your day into balance when you eat the foods in these percentages. Look at the globe from a distance and what color do you see the most of?: BLUE! And then what color is the next most plentiful?: GREEN! Take foods in this order of importance, and Nature will take care of you!
